AmericaFirst Capital Management, LLC. is a privately-held quantitative research 

firm specializing in the creation of rules-based Models by which products can be structured and portfolios can be managed. Our models rely on a scientific approach and are therefore emotionless - we know that emotions and investing do not mix well.

We will create products (mutual funds, unit trusts, structured notes) to track our models when our Advisor clients express such a need.

AmericaFirst Capital Management (AmericaFirst, AFCM) was founded on the belief that investing should be a fact-based and unemotional process. Fact-Based Investing (FBI) involves the selection of investments based on time-tested, quantifiable criteria. Fact-Based investing offers several potential advantages to investors:

• Back-Testable. At the heart of every portfolio managed by AFCM is the process of back-testing. A back-test is a simulation of how a real-life investment strategy might have responded to historical markets.
• The potential for market-beating returns. By examining years of stock returns and other financial data using powerful technology, fact-based investing seeks to identify investment strategies that were previously successful and have qualities that indicate their likelihood to succeed in today’s markets.
